The M317 has an excellent shape which is almost perfect for your hand grip and the side rubber grips are also a thing of beauty.

M317 is available in more than 9 different colors and textures and each one of them has its own uniqueness.

Three buttons on the top with a Logitech logo on the bottom, M317 is a very elegant mouse.

On the contrary, Logitech M185 does not feature anything special and the design is quite simple and antiquated.

Swift grey color with standard three buttons on top with a Logitech logo at the bottom of the shell. There are no visible rubber patches but overall, its quite comfy.

Logitech M317 Review

There are many wireless mice out there in the market and Logitech M317 is also one of them but it falls in the top tiers of wireless mice.

The M317 is quite impressive and features the latest technology which makes it faster than most of the wireless mice out there.

Logitech is a very reputable brand and all their products are perfectly designed and this is also the case with Logitech M317.

If someone is looking for a decent wireless mouse for their office or home use then I’d definitely recommend this one.

Logitech M185 Review

The Logitech M185 is another decent mouse from Logitech but I’m afraid that M185 is now very outdated.

One can buy a far better mouse than this one in the same budget and the shape is too simple for the current times.

Overall, the M185 had seen its glory days but its reign had ended a while ago and I won’t be recommending this mouse to anyone.

But if you’re on a tight budget then M185 is not that bad and will prove its worth with the passage of time.

Logitech M317 vs M185: And the winner is…

The Logitech M317 is obviously the winner here and the main reasons are that it has some good specs but its perfectly designed shape is the real selling point.

It is more expensive than M185 but it’s still rather affordable and worth every penny.

On the contrary, the M185 is a bit outdated and does not look that good but it’s extremely budget-friendly.

If you’re working in a professional environment then I recommend the Logitech M317 but if you want a mouse for simple home use or looking for a cheaper alternative then go for the budget-friendly M185.
