Backup wizard on my cpanel helps me to do this, though there is no option to choose only the plugins and themes…or either of them…but i am going to backup them only once and whenever i use a new plugin or theme……but i will be backing up my mysql database quite often..but definitely this is a nice option…

Wow, Keith! This is excellent and now wonder you have been in hiding. This is going to really create a buzz in the WordPress community. I know I’ll be doing my part to spread the word. Count me in on the testing but I will not be able to get to it until next week though. I will email you soon.
