Windows Phone 7 Developer Devices on Sale Now

Finally, yes! Microsoft has facilitated a developer purchase portal for Windows Phone 7. You can buy phones from the carriers in your region, without a data plan.

In the US, T-Mobile HD7 and HTC Surround are available for $500 each, while Samsung Focus and Dell Venue Pro are available for $525 each.

In the Europe, HTC HD7 is available for 489€, Samsung Omnia 7 for 505€, and LG Optimus 7 for only 409€.

Note that purchase of developer devices in all the regions require Windows Live ID. This must be the same ID that you’ve registered your AppHub account with.
