Yalla Apps enables developers from around the world to submit their application to the Windows Phone Marketplace and be part of a fast growing development community.

With your Yalla Apps account, you get access to developer resources, the Module Market and the Windows Phone Marketplace submission service. Yalla Apps is a developer community with focus on the Middle East and Africa Region. If you live in one of the non eligible countries you must use the App Hub to submit your application.

You will require a PayPal account in order to sign up for Yalla Apps. All payouts for application sales or module market sales will be made via PayPal only. Yalla Apps charge an annual subscription fee of USD$99. 100 Credits are added to your account which you can use for application submission and device unlocks. Further ahead, you can buy more credits as you require.

If you are a student living in one of the focus countries in the Middle East and Africa Region and you have a valid DreamSpark email ID you can activate you account free of charge and will receive 100 free credits.

Using the Yalla Apps device unlock service you can use your real Windows Phone 7 to test the apps you developed. A new submission requires 25 credits, an app re-submission after failure of certification requires 10 credits, and an update submission also requires 10 credits.
