Microsoft has published a video of the Windows Phone 8 Summit that took place on Wednesday in San Francisco.

At the Windows Phone Summit, Microsoft has confirmed that existing Windows Phone users will not be able to upgrade to Apollo. Rather, they will be receiving an incremental update to Windows Phone 7.8.
