Google Analytics is a great utility. It has tons of metrics and provide plenty of information about your users. The only feature that is preventing Google Analytics from being perfect is real-time results. Google Analytics is very limited when you require information about the visitors you have on your website right now.

However, there are other applications that allow you to do that and one of them is Site-Pulse. Site-Pulse is not free, but it will definitely be worth your money. Won’t you simply love to see how many visitors are on your website right this moment, and then be able to click any of them and see how they got to your website, which keywords they used, which search engine they used, which geographical location they are from and how did they navigate within your website?

You can even see which operating systems and browsers your visitors are using and see your visitors on Google Maps. You can also try it for free before purchasing a plan, and if you don’t like it, cancel anytime.

Test out Woopra and you will be amazed. It’s still in beta but it is also free. Ask @johnpoz for site approval. The real time data will blow your mind.

A few of my friends have already tried out this website and they’re satisfied with it! Maybe, I should try it out and see the difference myself…

Well… in the presense of Google Analytical….it will be tough for the Site-Plus to make stronge impact on the globe but still the site-Pluss is very good weapon to be on one side.

Google analytics is certainly a great tool and it’s always difficult to compete with free. One thing it lacks in is real-time reporting which is what we are trying to capitalize on. Of course, we are always looking for ways to improve our service. To suggest a feature or idea, go to our Feature Request form and send us a few thoughts. If your request is ground breaking and feasible, we will give you a few months free to watch your idea at work.

Note: We discourage users from using keywords in their names while posting comments, most of them get caught by spam, also it really would be more fruitful in knowing people who comment by their real name, rather than by using a name no one relates to. In future we reserve the right to delete comments from users using a name other than their own.
