Remember a tool called Alerts we had told you about quite some time back, which would send you email alerts as and when your keywords appeared in search or blog results? If not, then head to this post to read about getting alerts for your targeted keywords through Google Alerts.

Earlier with Google Alerts, Google used to send you periodic emails, depending on the duration you chose when any of your keywords appear in new search or blog results, but tracking emails for multiple keywords becomes could be quite a pain if you have subscribed to receive emails for multiple keywords.

While setting up alerts you can now choose between receiving emails or getting those alerts as RSS feeds, which you can then read in any of your favorite feed reader.

Definitely much useful for me at-least, as it will help me track the Google alerts along with the other sources I use to discover new softwares and sources for news.

You will require a Google account to create the RSS feeds for your alerts.
