We recently covered the launch of Delicious 2.0 which included several new changes to the famous social bookmarking service, including speed, a better search and a new design. Though Delicious 2.0 came up with a better search, there is a limitation where you can only search through tags, titles and descriptions.

del.izzy on the other hand, offers users a full text search on the bookmarks which includes searching within the page content of your bookmarks, in addition to title and description search.

Though the service does sound promising, we were unable to use it to search our bookmarks and kept getting a error disallowing us to login to our delicious account.

Techcrunch on the other hand was able to successfully test the service, we are wondering if Yahoo has started blocking the service already. Have you been able to use del.izzy? Do let us know through your comments.

Note: We discourage users from using keywords in their names while posting comments, most of them get caught by spam, also it really would be more fruitful in knowing people who comment by their real name, rather than by using a name no one relates to. In future we reserve the right to delete comments from users using a name other than their own.
