If you download videos regularly from the Internet, you may not want to keep the entire video and only want to save some part of it to save disk space, however there are not many free tools that allow you to do that.

Free Video Dub is a freeware that will allow you to edit video AVI files (DivX, Xvid, MPEG 4), MPEG 1 and 2 video!

Free Video Dub is the free video editing software that lets you delete unwanted parts from video files without re-encoding. And "without re-encoding" means without loosing original quality. This is a lossless video editing, which is very fast.

Free Video Dub supports many MPEG formats including MPEG 1, MPEG 2 and even MPEG 4 AVI, MOV, MP4, M4V, MPG and FLV files including DivX and XviD.

Free Video Dub is available for download for Windows and Mac OSX.
