Tixati is a free, simple and easy to use P2P client that is compatible with the bit-torrent protocol. You can easily create and seed new transfers with this program. It also support magnet links. After a file is downloaded, it moves the downloaded files to a new file location while transfer is in progress or even to a different partition.
