There may be many times when you may have wanted to lower case or upper case words, having to manually do that is a bit of a pain.

Many text editors do come with functionality to convert cases but what if you wanted to do it quickly without firing up any editor?

CapsDoctor is a small utility that will allow you to convert all characters to lower case or UPPER CASE or simply convert the first character in a word to upper case.

CapsDoctor does works out of the box and does not require any installation, you can copy it to your flash drive and take it with you wherever you want.

To top that like always this small and nifty utility is absolutely free.
