I have been using Sticky pads to stick notes all over the computer so that I can remember things easily, but having a clumsy monitor does not help to focus on the task at hand. In order to stay away from this mess I use a combination of Note taking software Evernote [4] and a sticky pad software to stick notes to my desktop.
