Ubuntu Theme Pack–for a Fresh Red Look

I had submitted theme packs for blue and green color schemes. Now, it’s time for a red theme pack for Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala. So, here are the specs for the next theme pack I am using on my Ubuntu.
