Use Twitter To Get Things Done [Twitter GTD Tips]
Just came across a very interesting post by Amit Agarwal about getting things done with Twitter, there are various things you could do with it, including tracking your purchase delivery through UPS, adding events to your Google Calendar, translating text, use twitter as a Gmail notifier, use twitter as a alarm clock, using twitter for ego surfing, create a poll using twitter and more.
Phew lots of things even I did not now about twitter, by the way you can follow me on twitter or alternatively follow @techiebuzzer to get regular RSS updates from us as tweets to your account.

You may want to check out http://www.GoalsOnTrack.com, a very nicely built web app designed for tracking goals and todo lists, and has time tracking. It’s clear, focused, easy to navigate, worth a try.
