There are so many times when the title of the page shows what your reading, well it's a well known fact that most people use the title's to let out more information.
But do you want to hide the title from prying eyes as to what your reading.
Here is a pretty handy firefox extension which allows you to do the same, Page Title Eraser allows you to hide the title of the page from being displayed in your firefox browser.
The Page Title Eraser extension can be used in different ways, by right clicking on a page or from the tools menu.
It also has a hot key Ctrl + Shift + H which will hide or unhide the title bar.
You can also hide the titles of all the windows your browsing and even the favi icons by configuring the extension.
So If you want to hide the titles, then this is a decent extension you can use.
