		<description>Just tried installing on XP SP2, but clicking on drop-downs causes the pop-up blocker bar to appear, but can&#039;t turn it off.  the drop-downs don&#039;t drop down, and one has to use arrow keys to select a value.

Also found a possible problem with links to .ashx (asp.net handler files), where they didn&#039;t open.</description>
