Put the CHM file in a location you can remember, and easily type in dos. 

Open dos.

type hh.exe -decompile extracted filename.chm

This will decompress all files embedded in filename.chm to folder extracted.

 Basically everything embedded is a chm file, so do some snooping, but all the chapters and stuff will be in separate html files.</description>

All you did was show the underlying file of the current print. You could have just clicked &quot;ok&quot; when the print dailouge came up and printed. instead of navigating to the temp folder.</description>
