How To Convert Video Files to GIF Animations for Free? [Reader Query]
Recently Sakib one of our readers from OpenGiga asked a question: How to convert a video file to a GIF animation? While researching for the answer, we did come across some solutions but those were not very good, this lead us to search Techie Buzz archives itself to see if we could find something we had written about.

Though most of the online media converters are good enough, we prefer to recommend using Zamzar, one of the best online media converters to convert any video file to a GIF animation. To convert a video file to a GIF animation, select the file you want to convert, choose GIF as the option you want to convert to, and provide your email address where you want to receive the converted file.

Its cool of a thing that videos file can be converted to gifs. Any tool that can be used offline for the same purpose?
