Web2.0 based sites have been totally helpful to us in many ways till today with so many applications being available to us which were always termed as traditional desktop applications.

With word processing, spreadsheet processing, presentation software available over the internet with Web2.0 sites I feel this trend is going way too overboard.

I just saw one such web2.0 site Extortr that has taken blackmailing the web2.0 way, now that's not what you can expect to be a good way to utilize technology.

Extortr, blackmail the world

How to extort online

Well don't fret yet it’s only a fun based site pun intended to take web2.0 to the cleaners, it's probably a eye opener as to what technology can do and how people can use it the wrong way.

The sites footer already states

"This isn't actually a genuine web site. It's just a joke."

So it is quite like making fun of the ways people can put technology to use isn't it, well I haven't tried it out yet but will surely try and use it to pull the legs of my friends.

I am curious to know what more ways people can use web2.0 based sites, there have already been beggars, world's first employees and well now this, have you seen funny sites which are based on web2.0 I would like to know more leave your comments with the most funniest web2.0 sites you have seen.

I will try and review most of those to see how funny they are, infact I am thinking of adding another category called Funny web2.0 site reviews. You can also send me my reviews which I will post here with due credit given to you.
