If you work with people in multiple destinations outside your own country or live outside your country but want to know the time from your own without doing some major calculations then you know how it is.

Well I am in US and my family is India, one of my client is in the UK and one of my colleagues is currently in Japan. So for me to remember and juggle all the times is a bit of a hassle that is where Qlock comes into the picture. With this neat little tool I can have all the timings shown right on my desktop and with it being as minimal and elegant as the example below which I currently run on my desktop.

The timing for multiple countries and cities are always on top of my desktop, meaning that no matter what application I am using I would always be able to view the Qlock timings.

The best part of Qlock is that you can easily customize the look and feel such that you can easily identify each and every different time settings.

Qlock offers you different views few of which you can see in the image below.

There are many features you can make use of with Qlock including their web site which shows you the world time with a map overlay, meaning they show you a map and you can hover over any part of it and get the current time in that country.

So if want to know the time without lifting a muscle Qlock is the software I would recommend to you, not only because it’s FREE but also because it saves you a ton of time trying to figure out time in different locations.

If you are using some other program and it has better features do let me know about it.
