YouTube Feather Optimized for Speed & Netbooks
Traditional YouTube webpages are feature rich and contain a lot of things that could slow down the page. In addition to that, the high definition videos can also play slower and use more power on your PC.
In an attempt to enhance YouTube for both speed and low power devices like Netbooks, YouTube has launched a new channel called YouTube Feather. When you visit YouTube feather you will immediately notice the boost in speed and less clutter on the site.
YouTube feather limits the amount of comments on the video and disables several features such as video replies, instant sharing and video suggestions.
If you are experiencing difficulties while using the regular YouTube pages, you might as well try out YouTube Feather for better performance.
