One of the things I have always liked in Gmail is the conversation view, which allows you to browse through an entire email thread without having to open multiple emails.

However, for some people the conversation view in Gmail acts like a hindrance. Gmail did not have the ability to turn if off, but starting today, users will be able to turn off Conversation views in Gmail.

To turn off conversation view in Gmail, head over to the settings page and look for a setting for "Conversation View". More at the Gmail Blog.
