Shortcuts for Typing Website URL

The regular way on entering URLs in the browser address bar is by typing in www.techie-buzz.com and hitting enter, however did you know that you could save yourself some time and load websites without having to type the entire URL?
Here are some tips that will save you some time and make you more productive. Before we tell you the tricks, here is a brief overview of the different components that make up a URL.
http://www.techie-buzz.com contains four different parts;
If you know the actual domain name you can easily save some time by using the following tricks.
In the address location bar you just have to type in “techie-buzz” and click the keys CTRL + ENTER, doing this will automatically add the http, www and .com parameters, so your url will look like this http://www.techie-buzz.com when you press the key combination above.
Firefox Only
If you want to auto complete .net domains in Firefox, type Shift + Enter instead of Ctrl + Enter, for .org auto domain completion you will have to type CTRL + Shift + Enter.
