September 2007 Statistics
By on October 1st, 2007

It is the start of the new month and many blogger’s share their stats with their readers. I thought to do that too so every month on the 1st I will publish the statistics for this blog so that the readers come to know more about this blog.

Well to start with it has been a pretty successful month for this blog with daily unique visitors going up to more than a 1000 a day. It has been consistent throughout the month and hoping that it increases much more in future. Along with daily visitors the Feed readers had also crossed the 300 mark and is currently sitting with 287 feed subscribers.

Blog Statistics For September 2007

  • Total page views: 51,525
  • Unique Visitors: 35,049
  • New Visitors: 89%
  • Average Time spent on Blog: 1 minute 15 seconds
  • Highest traffic day: September 24th with 2567 unique visitors and 4128 page views

In October I want to focus on increasing the page views and time spent on the blog. This may now be very hard but I will try and experiment a bit more so that both of these go up accordingly.

Google was the number 1 source for sending traffic to this blog with 70.38% traffic coming from there. For October I would like to increase the referral traffic as well as the direct traffic.

Revenue

Well the revenue for this month is a bit higher than I expected and a major share of it comes from Sponsored reviews. Here is the list of money earned for September 2007

Google AdSense for Ads: ~$284

Affiliate Sales: $54

Paid Reviews: $485

Text Link Ads: ~$13

Kontera: ~$38

Total Money Earned: $861 :-)

Well I am not targeting any sort of revenue for next month as the bulk of the revenue came through sponsored reviews. I hope to make at least $500 this month lets see how it goes.

Well will get back with the blog statistics for the month of October next time, hope you will be seeing some better numbers then. Thanks for being a part of Techie Buzz. Do share your views with me.
