The following post is a “Sponsored Review”

“Oh shit, I deleted a very important file using Shift + Delete and now I have to rewrite the entire document once again.”

Oh don’t worry I did not delete any important file, I just am sharing a reaction many people have when they accidentally delete a file using the Shift + Delete functionality of Windows.

If you are not aware of it, using Shift + Delete you can delete the file permanently from your system without having it stored in the Recycle Bin.

Oops did I say permanently. Well that is untrue because no files are not permanently deleted and with a handy tool like Handy Recovery you can easily recover files that you deleted by mistake.

Isn’t that great if you react like the first sentence quite often. Handy Recovery is a simple to use data recovery software that allows you to easily recover the files that you accidentally deleted, not only from your hard drives, but also from floppy drives. I know floppy drives are outdated. Does anyone of you use floppy drives still?

Handy Recovery also allows you to restore damaged files from virus attacks, power failures and software faults.

Handy Recovery has a nifty exploring feature where you can browse all your deleted files just like you use your windows explorer along with your regular files.

Oh and you just formatted your system but just realized you are missing few important files which you forgot to backup, don’t worry yet Handy Recovery allows you even recover files from deleted or formatted partition.

Also it will not fool you with a promise to  recover files as it will show you how likely the software will be able to recover the file.

It also supports NTFS/NTFS 5 systems along with FAT12/16/32 so it will work on pretty outdated systems too like Windows 98, Windows ME (ugh did anyone use that), NT, 2000, XP and even the latest Windows Vista.

Handy Recovery has a lot of features like

  • FAT12/16/32, NTFS and NTFS 5 + EFS file systems support
  • In-depth disk scanning for certain file types
  • Option to create disk images for deferred recovery
  • Shows probability of successful recovery for each file
  • Recovers files from deleted and formatted partitions
  • File filtering by name, mask, date and size
  • Recovers files deleted without Recycle Bin
  • Restores the structure of deleted folders
  • Explorer-style disk content browser showing deleted files
  • One-click filter button to show only the deleted files

Handy Recovery can be downloaded as a trial version which you can use for 30 days, If you like the software you can also buy it for $39.
