Microsoft releases Microsoft Private Folder 1.0

Microsoft Private FolderMicrosoft has released a new software called Microsoft Private Folder that will allow you to save your private files in a seperate folder called 'My Private Folder' created by the software.

The folder will be password protected and can be used to store your private data which you want you do not want to share with others.

The software can be downloaded only by legitimate window users, you will have to go through Windows Genuine Validation check before you can download the software.

The software will be run as a Windows Service and can be disabled by using services.msc.

So if you are looking for a free alternative for encrypting your files then this will definitely help.

The software will only run only on Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Professional Edition and Media Center Edition with SP2 which has a display of 800 x 600 or more.
