For all you Meebo users who are also using either Flock Browser or Firefox Browser here is some good news.

There is a new extension for the Flock and Firefox Browser that will allow you to load the Meebo website as a sidebar [1] , so if you don't want to load those messenger application but still want to use the instant message your friends and colleagues then this is the right extension for you.

The concept is good one as I always wanted to dock my messengers into the browser windows, as it saves me time from shuffling through different applications. Well this one really helps me do the same.

For those who haven't heard about Meebo yet, Meebo [2] is a website that will allow you to chat with your friends and contacts from Yahoo! Messenger, MSN Messenger, AIM Messenger and Gtalk from any web browser, anywhere in the world without having to install any of these messengers on your computer.

I have tested and verified that it works on both Flock and Firefox, so its time to say goodbye to those memory eating IM's and start chatting away.

Here is a screenshot on how the extension will look.

So go ahead and get the power of the messenger right inside your browser.
