Sprint is expected to roll out a lot of major devices at CTIA 2011, which will start on March 21. Some very interesting details about these devices have leaked out.
First of all, Sprint will launch the HTC EVO 3D, an Android smartphone with a 3D display, much like the LG Optimus 3D.
The HTC EVO 3D will come with a 4.3 inch qHD display with a resolution of 960 x 450 pixels. It has an autostereoscopic 3D display and comes with a 1.2 GH dual core Qualcomm 8660 processor and 1 GB RAM. It will have dual 5 MP cameras to shoot 3D video and will come with 4 GB ROM. It is powered by a 1730 mAH battery and HDMI out which can output 1080p HD videos and 720p 3D HD videos. It will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread with the HTC Sense UI.
Another very interesting device which Sprint will unveil at CTIA is the HTC EVO View 4G. It is quite similar to the HTC Flyer Android tablet. It has a 7 inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It will be housed in an aluminum unibody design and will come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread with HTC Sense optimized for tablets, and HTC Scribe with pen support. It also has a 5 MP camera and a secondary 1.3 MP camera. It will be powered by a 4000 mAh battery.
Sprint also plans to launch the Motorola XOOM on its network, with support for Sprint’s 4G WiMAX.
