Google Might Advertise Chrome, Nexus One or Google Apps at Super Bowl

Super Bowl, the pinnacle of American Football has always seen some extravagant ads in the past. Super Bowl ads are a sure shot way to get the much needed eyeballs for products. According to a TechCrunch report [1], which was based on a tweet [2] by Eric Schmidt, the CEO of Google, there is a very high chance that you might see a Google Chrome [3], Nexus One [4] or Google Apps ad at the Super Bowl XLIV.

According to the tweet, Schmidt suggested that the ad will air in the 3rd quarter interval. I am guessing that the ad would probably be about Nexus One, since Google has not advertised about it on television yet. However, it could also be a mixed promotion for Google Chrome, Nexus One and Google Apps. Only time will tell what we will see.
Super Bowl ads are surrounded with secrecy so it is really hard to tell what we will be shown to viewers. So see you at the 3rd quarter break Schmidt and Google. By the way, if you do not have access to television you can always catch up on the Super Bowl XLIV Live Coverage Online [5].
