Give your brain some exercise

A bit off topic but it has been a bit taxing on me and I have been thinking quite a lot about different things which really confuses my brain. At times I think that something at times something different.

Then I hit on this site called games for the brain, half an hour at it and I started thinking clearly. Its quite amazing and really gets you to think better.

Well games for the brain is just what is says it is games for the brain, it helps you think in a singular way, the way a brain is made to be.

Why is games for the brain so interesting?

The fact that a human brain is over working all the time, thinking about different things which is why we have so many stressed out people.

What games for your brain does is that it lets you think about a single problem and lets your brain work on that single problem at a time, the problems vary but are one at a time.At times while I was thinking of the next problem I got the current problem wrong too.

This led me to concentrate on the current problem in the other games I played just thinking about the problem in hand.

Believe it or not its actually a learning experience in solving problems, the solution is quite simple concentrate on the problem on hand and stop thinking about anything else, unless you solve the problem dont go to the next one, why? because you create another problem of solving two problems at once.

The games are not actually games but trivias that helps you think positively and think better, so if your brain is clogged relax and think straight, increase your IQ with games for the brain.

If your interested visit Games for the brain and start thinking better again.
