Arise India introduces Android-powered Smart TV

Arise, an Indian consumer electronics brand, has launched a pioneering LED TV ‘For Android’, taking an alternate route to compete in the Smart TV segment.

arise_led_tvThe Arise LED TV “For Android” brings the Android ecosystem and the user experience to the biggest screen at your home. The television enables consumers to watch their favorite shows while simultaneously accessing their social life, chat via popular messaging services, use productivity apps for work, or play games. The Arise LED TV is available in 32”/42”/50”/55”/65”/84” variants.

The television features Wi-Fi, Home Share, 3 HDMI Input, USB, SD Card Memory Extension, and Mobile High definition link (MHL) and is powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

The different models are priced between ₹35,000 to ₹2,00,000. The LED TV comes with additional accessories like a QWERTY Keyboard with 6 axis joystick to enhance the native gaming and social networking experience along with an in-built microphone and a headset jack.
