Nokia’s plans for maps include cross platform apps, high precision digital world representation, navigation and location features.

Microsoft and Nokia have recently created to roll out a uniform map design on Bing Maps and Nokia Maps. Bringing various improvements to the table, this is one of possibly many collaborations in the future that we can expect to see from the two companies.

Nokia has updated the whole Nokia Maps suite, formerly known as Ovi Maps, with a bunch of changes. The update also removes the Nokia Live View app from the Maps Suite.
