Today, at CommunicAsia, Huawei unveiled the Huawei MediaPad, a 7 inch tablet running Android 3.2 Honeycomb. It will be the first tablet to run Android 3.2, which is similar to Android 3.1, but offers better support for the smaller display.
It comes with a 7 inch display, and is quite slim at just 10.5 mm. It weighs 390 gms and is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual core Qualcomm processor. It supports 1080p playback and HSPA+ support. It also has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a 5 MP camera. It comes with 8 GB internal storage.
It will be available from Q3 2011. No pricing details have been announced yet.
