Apple released what is believed to be the final update for OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, touting an update that will ‘get your Mac ready to upgrade to Mac OS X Lion.’

A new patent detailing the iMac Touch and the Macbook Tablet has surfaced. The iMac Touch and the Macbook Tablet can run both Mac OS X and iOS.

The Axon Logic Haptic Tablet can run Mac OS X in its full glory, as well as Windows and Linux. It has nice hardware specs but is priced quite high at $800.
