Kyocera Rise is finally available for Virgin Mobile subscribers in the US for just $99.99. It comes with a 3.5 inch display, Android 4.0 OS, 3.2 MP camera, 3G connectivity and more.

The entry-level Kyocera Rise smartphone will be available for Sprint and Virgin Mobile subscribers starting from August 19 for just $19.99 on contract.
