T-Mobile is on a roll! Last week, T-Mobile rolled out the Android 4.0 update for the HTC Sensation 4G. Now, the wireless carrier finally started rolling out the much-awaited Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) update for the HTC Amaze 4G. This handset was launched in the second half of 2011 and it was shipped with the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System.
The HTC Amaze 4G is a powerful smartphone, featuring a 4.3 inch qHD Super LCD touch-screen display, 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 dual-core processor, 8 megapixel camera with auto face detect and much more. Back in March, HTC promised the Android 4.0 update for the HTC Amaze 4G, HTC Sensation 4G and 14 other smartphones. After waiting for nearly 2 month, HTC Amaze 4G will finally taste the Ice Cream Sandwich. Check out the new features and improvements below.

The latest update is numbered 2.14.531.3710RD and it bumps the HTC Amaze 4G to Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS. You should make sure that your device is not rooted and has at least 50% or more battery before updating the device. You can manually update your device or you can even get this update via OTA (Over-The-Air). It is advised to backup all you data before updating the HTC Amaze 4G smartphone.
