Samsung Galaxy Y And Galaxy Y Pro Announced

Along with the Galaxy W and Galaxy M Pro, Samsung also announced 2 new entry-level smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy Y and Samsung Galaxy Y Pro. These devices are specially targeted at the youth. Both the handsets runs on the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System.

Samsung Galaxy Y offers a decent specs such as 3 inch touchscreen display, 883 MHz processor, etc., but it lacks a good camera and front facing camera for video calls is missing. On the other hand, Galaxy Y Pro comes with a touchscreen display as well as a full QWERTY keyboard. This handset is useful for the those, who like to stay connected with their friends on the social networking sites.
