In a press event, Samsung and the big red – Verizon – have finally unveiled the Samsung Continuum. The handset sports a 3.4-inch S-AMOLED screen along with a secondary ‘ticker’ display measuring 1.8-inches. The bottom sides of the phone feature a grip sensor which activates the ‘ticker’.

After so many delays and ‘pull back’, the Samsung Galaxy S Android 2.2 update has started rolling out officially from today in the U.K. This piece of news was confirmed by Samsung UK tweet. The Android 2.2 update will continue until the end of November.
