The Chromebook Pixel from Google is a high-end Chromebook sporting a 12-inch 2560*1700 touch screen display and free 1TB of Google Drive storage.

Google recently announced Chromebook that will be available in market starting June 15. For the uninformed, Chromebook is Google’s ambitious project to get into the desktop OS world. What differentiates it from the other desktop OS is that Chrome OS is a cloud based Operating System.

The much awaited laptop powered by Google Chrome (a cloud-based operating system) is all set for launch on June 15. The Chromrebook should always be connected to the Internet in order to make use of its functionalities. In other words, everything will be on cloud and you’ll need Internet to access all of the apps, documents, photos, movies etc. Installing softwares or updating them, taking backup of files or running anti-virus checks and all other PC related tasks will be eliminated as everything will be done over the cloud.
