Apple has banned over 5000 apps from the App Store for being overtly sexual. This even includes some apps that had no sexual content like a female model wearing work out clothes. However, Apple still has not removed the famous Playboy app from their store. It seems like Playmates posing to turn you on are not overtly sexual for Apple.
