I just came across a email today and probed it further to see what it is all about. My investigations led me to unearthing a new scam to make money using Google Adsense Referals.

What exactly is this scam. I recieved a email from download@firefox.com to download New Firefox 2008. Now this is not a email from Firefox but a email id that is spoofed and has been send from a different domain altogether, check screen shots below.

Sending emails to users and having them click on scam links to get bank and credit card information is a thing of the past. Here is the newest scam from probably a clever hacker. This is really a top scam that I have ever seen hit the internet.

Vizu Answers which allows publishers to add polls to their sites and make money from it has a strict policy of accepting users into their system, but I uncovered a flaw that compromises the system and allows users who have not yet been accepeted by Vizu access to the system, thus allowing them to design polls and get the ad code for it.
