HTC Desire C Launched In India For Rs.14,999

Last month, HTC unveiled the entry-level HTC Desire C smartphone. This handset comes with a 3.5 inch HVGA display as well as a 600 MHz processor. Dual-SIM LG Optimus L3 E405 Announced

Earlier this year, LG announced 3 new smartphones, the LG Optimus L3, LG Optimus L5 and LG Optimus L7 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012 in Barcelona. These devices belongs to the LG’s L-Style series of smartphones. LG has already released the dual-SIM variant of the Optimus L5 smartphone. Now, the company went ahead and announced the LG Optimus L3 E405 smartphone. This handset is basically the dual-SIM variant of the LG Optimus L3.

The LG Optimus L3 E405 will be first available in Ukraine from the next month. The original Optimus L3 runs on the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS. However, this handset will ship with the old Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System. Now, Sony has finally started rolling out the Android 4.0 ICS update for the first smartphone of Sony Xperia NXT series.

Apart from the new features found in Ice Cream Sandwich, this update brings some enhanced apps such as the Walkman, Album and Movies which increase the media capabilities of the Xperia S smartphone. The Walkman app uses the company’s audio technology and social features to help you discover music your friends like and share your personal favorites, while the Album app allows you to sort your photos and videos more quickly and easily.

The size of the update is 200 MB. This update will be available via OTA (Over-The-Air). Alternatively, you can also update your Xperia S manually, just by connecting your device to the computer and use the Sony’s Bridge software. It is advised to backup all you data before updating the device. You should also make sure that, the battery is fully charged before updating your phone. Orange Launches The Intel Medfield Powered San Diego Smartphone

Orange finally launched the much-awaited San Diego smartphone. It is the world’s second smartphone, which runs on the Intel Medfield processor.
