Sprint Unveils The Android 4.0 Powered Motorola Photon Q

Sprint recently announced the new Motorola Photon Q smartphone. This handset runs on the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System. Motorola Photon Q is the the first 4G LTE device with a five-row slide-out QWERTY keyboard and world phone capabilities. It comes with a 4.3 inch ColorBoost display along with a powerful 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. Motorola Photon Q is the carrier’s seventh device to receive the ULE Platinum Certification, which is the highest level of environmental performance recognized by UL Environment.

Sony Xperia Neo L Up For Pre-Order In India For Rs.18,499

Earlier this year, Sony unveiled the Xperia S, Xperia P, Xperia U and Xperia Arc S smartphones in the NXT series. However, these smartphones are shipped with the old Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System. The Sony Xperia Neo L is the company’s first smartphone which runs on the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System. This mid-range device comes with 4 inch display, 1GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera and so on.

The specs of this device is quite similar to the prviously launched Neo V. The only difference is a large display and 4 hardware buttons on the bottom of the device. Flipkart, a popular online retailer is currently taking the pre-order of the Xperia Neo L. This handset is scheduled to release by the end of this month.

LG Optimus 4X HD Launched In India For Rs.34,990

Along with the Optimus L3, L5 and L7, LG has also launched the powerful Optimus 4X HD smartphone in India. It is the company’s first smartphone which packs a 1.5 GHz quad-core plus 1 processor. When maximum power is needed, Tegra 3 automatically activates all four cores, but when less power is required, it defaults to the fifth battery-saver core. LG Optimus L3, L5 And L7 Launched In India

LG recently invited us to showcase the new L-Series phones, the LG Optimus L3, L5 and L7. You must have already heard about these devices, while they were announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012 in Barcelona. T-Mobile Finally Announces The Samsung Galaxy Note

Last year, Samsung launched its first phone/tablet hybrid device, the Samsung Galaxy Note. This device was originally announced at the IFA 2011 in September and it was later released in October in most of the European and Asian markets. After waiting for a couple of months, Samsung announced the LTE variant of this device exclusively for the AT&T subscribers in the US. We have already seen the leaked pics of this device for T-Mobile. Now, the wireless carrier went ahead and announced the powerful Galaxy Note for its subscribers in the US.

Samsung has already managed to ship 5 million units of this device globally. It took nearly 5 months for the manufacturer to reach the 5 million milestone. This handset will ship with the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) out of the box, including all of the Premium Suite software such as S Pen, S Note, S Memo and Polaris Office. The international variant comes with one hardware button and 2 capacivite buttons. However, the T-Mobile’s variant will sport 4 capacivite buttons, similar to the AT&T’s Galaxy Note. There are no other changes in the specs of this device.

AT&T To Launch Garnet Red Samsung Galaxy S III On July 29

Samsung Galaxy S III is the successor of the popular Galaxy S II smartphone. This handset was launched in most of the Asian and European markets in May. Last month, Samsung announced the availability of Galaxy S III for AT&T, Sprint, US Cellular, T-Mobile and Verizon customers in the US.

Samsung already managed to sell more than 6.5 million units of this device in less than 2 months of its official launch. Samsung Galaxy S III is available only in pebble blue and marble white colors. However, AT&T customers can get this device in an exclusive Garnet Red color. Apart from the change in color, there are no major changes in the specs of this device.

Virgin Mobile Launches The Android Powered ZTE Kis In The UK

ZTE Corporation recently launched the entry-level ZTE Kis smartphone. This handset will be exclusively available for the Virgin mobile subscribers in the UK. The ZTE Kis runs on the old Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System. It is the manufacturer’s second smartphone for Virgin Mobile customers after the Windows Phone powered ZTE Tania. As usual, you can access more than 600,000 amazing games and useful apps from the Google Play Store.
