Acer Liquid E Android 2.2 Update Out Now

Acer_liquid_eAcer is a newbie in the mobile industry. The first few Android based handsets from the company did not manage to set the sales chart on fire. However, Acer is still providing support to all those people who showed faith in the company and brought their Acer Liquid E handset.

The testimony to this is the fact that Acer has released the Android 2.2 update for the Liquid E. As for now, the update is available only in Canada for the carrier branded Rogers and Fido Liquid E handsets.

The update is not in the usual OTA (Over-The-Air) form. Users need to download the update and install it on their phone manually. Acer has provided pretty detailed steps on how to install the update so hopefully users won’t face any problems while installing the update.

Acer Liquid E handset owners can download the update from here.
