I purchased a Samsung R580 with Windows 7 Home Premium, and after creating a partition for Windows XP I screwed both Windows 7 and the recovery partition.
Later I re-installed Windows / and added the Key that is attached below the notebook. As expected, it didn’t worked because of the different product ID. Then I used this recommended application, and it didn’t work. Apparently is not enough to change the productid value on the registry, that value seems to be stored somewhere else, and is promptly reseted by Windows 7 after the modification.
Any help will be appreciated.
