After you have downloaded the app and installed it, it will prompt you to enter your Evernote username and password so that it can link to your account. Once you have linked your account, you are all set and can start creating sticky notes which will also be created in your Evernote account.
The sticky notes are synced almost instantaneously with your Evernote account and will be available under the "Sticky Notes" notebook. You can edit and delete those notes both through the app itself or through Evernote.
I definitely find the sticky notes app for Evernote very useful as it allows me to post to-do lists and more on my desktop and also sync the notes in the Evernote cloud. Additionally, the ability of the app to keep multiple desktops in sync is also a pretty neat feature which makes this a must download.
