Rohos has the same limitations as OTFE when in non-admin mode. When in admin mode, Rohos, FreeOTFE and TrueCrypt work the same and show up as a drive letter.

You could use FreeOTFE instead. It has the *exact* same features of Rohos including the ability to have a fully encrypted drive, portability and the ability to get at your data when you don't have admin rights. To that, it adds many features including additional encryption algorithms, support for encrypted Linux volumes and more. Plus it's open source and $0 for personal AND commercial use. So, in many ways, it's much better than ROHOS.
