Klok: One Of The Simplest Time Tracking Applications
Time tracking can be a hassle. One of the biggest problems with traditional time tracking applications is to enter accurate details of how much time you spent on different tasks. It becomes even more complex if you have to divide your time into subtasks.
If you are looking for a feature-rich yet simple-to-use time tracking application, Klok is the answer. Klok lets you create and keep track of tasks and subtasks by simply pressing the start button when you start working and pressing the stop button when you are done. You can color code each task differently and view them in context of a week or a project.

You can also manually enter previously spent time in Klok and generate reports. Klok provides the ability to generate monthly, weekly or project based reports. While setting up a new project, you can also enter the estimated time you wish to spend on that project. The ability to write comments for each time entry makes it even better.
You can also archive your old reports once you are done with them and go back in any point of time to generate reports.
Techie-Buzz Verdict:
Klok is an awesome and one of the simplest time-tracking tools available. The fact that you can see time spent on different projects in a color coded and easy-to-read chart is an amazing feature.

Glad to see this program getting the attention it deserves. The developers have been hard at work on 2.0, and I feel that the entire program has gone way under the radar compared to what it deserves. I wrote a review on Klok from a game developers point of view, give it a read sometime. I definitely recommend this program to anyone self employed, if you’re on the fence, give it a go, you won’t regret it.
