Each of you has probably tried to install apps that were extremely useless but funny at the same time. In fact, I think that 80% of the apps written for iOS are absolutely useless when it comes to productivity, and as I understand, people are buying them just for fun, or when they have nothing to do. That’s why we shall take a rest from serious topics and look at the funniest, the most interesting and simultaneously useless apps for the iPhone. And we will look at which of them are worth being installed just for fun, without any practical purpose. Let’s start with these 5 funny apps for your iPhone.
Hair MakeOver Lite – which is not that useless all in all. It has 32 hairstyles that can be tried on you or your friends, each of them made well. This is quite an interesting application, which additionally can be used if you want to try a new hairstyle and do not know which one to choose. Yet, if you’re really planning to, it would be more appropriate to use some specialized software.
Friends Around Me – this one is a funny one, and yet not absolutely useless. This means that you can theoretically use it in order to mix with your friends on social networks. In fact, it is rather a simple mobile application for interacting with your social network friends in a 24/7 mode. An interactive location-based search allows you to see your nearest friends or people you share your interests with. Available only in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Mirror – a simple and absolutely free mirror. No useless frames that lessen the viewing area. In fact the app is not useless at all; it is the best mirror for iPhone I’ve seen. The background color can be chosen for a better reflection.
Lie Detector Scan – a nice app for trying to determine the level of truthfulness concerning people you deal with. It determines if a person is lying or not according to the level of their heart rate, pulse, and the temperature of their body. People being asked questions by you must give long answers, no common “yes” or “no”. You can also turn on the control mode and generate answers that are necessary for you.
Age Calculator – an absolutely useless, but rather funny application that enables you to count your age in years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds. It has a few social media sharing buttons, and it is easy to share your results with your friends. Impossible – I think this is the funniest app to surprise your friends. A magician reads your mind through the iPhone screen. How it works is you are proposed to pick out one of six cards. As soon as you pick out one (mentally), the magician will remove it. You may try to understand the algorithm if you can.
This is my current list of funny apps, I’m sure I’ll have more for you in the near future.
