Classic Start Menu for Windows 7 [Windows XP Style]

and its predecessor revamped the start menu to include several new and interesting features. However, if you are migrating from to Windows 7, the new start menu might take a little time to adjust to.

Classic Windows Start menu is a handy and which will allow you to bring back the Classic Windows XP menu to Windows 7. Once you run the executable the start menu will switch back to Classic. You can also apply different styles and configure the look and feel of the menu.

Techie Buzz Verdict

The Windows 7 start menu is really powerful, however if you think that it might take some time to adjust to it, you can use the Classic Windows Start menu.

However, we would advice users to learn their way around the new start menu, since once you do that, you will never want to switch back to the classic menu.

    Good, but is there any way to use the ACTUAL Windows XP menu in Windows 7? As in, not the classic style one.

    I really prefer Windows XP start menu. Would you tell me why you said “once you do that, you will never want to switch back to the classic menu.”?
